When I asked why, they informed me that the Towers section does not have suites and as I was Plat they were upgrading me to a suite with full towers access-- lounge etc. Great room. Unlimited bottles of water (within reason) and of course those delicious cookies!! All in all it was a great stay

There are 2 suites in the Towers.
