Hmm... the 330 doesn't have a more aesthetically appeasing cabin? The 330 doesn't offer a seemingly large cabin (wider with higher ceilings)? The 763 has winged head rests? The 763 has in-seat power in Y?

The 763 already has better legroom in Y than the A330.
Wrong. The 332 has 32" pitch at every seat while the 333 has 33" in the first half of the cabin and 31" in the remainder; the 763 has 31" at nearly every seat.

The AVOD in Y in the 763 and the handful of 763ERs is far superior to the one on the A330.
Exactly how is the AVOD far superior? The systems work pretty much the same and shows the same content. Sure, the older 330's system is slightly slower and slightly defaced... just like the ex-Song systems and just like the 763A are becoming!

If they put AVOD and bigger/better overhead bins on the 763ER, it would basically become a small 764ER.
Hmm... just spend millions and millions of dollars per aircraft replacing seats, paneling, etc. to upgrade to the Boeing Signature Interior. Vintage early 1990s product, say hello to the early 2000s!

The 764ER outshines the A330 in every category (better J seats, better Y seats, better AVOD, better overhead bins). And the domestic 764ER used to be the Hawaii bird.
Hardly. No doubt the flatbed seats are nice (they should be, they're a nearly decade newer product than the old BE/WBC seats they're replacing). But the legroom's still crap in the back and the slimline seats will have you wishing you're flying Spirit. And if you fly the 330, at least you know you'll get in-seat power if you sit in the first half of Economy. And really, the IFE boxes on the 330 hinging on comfort more-so than the 764? Seriously, have you really flown these aircraft types?

And as you're probably aware, when the 764 were the Hawaii bird they had a reputation of FT for being the most uncomfortable mainline aircraft in DL's fleet...
