I stayed there on award points--got great service but had 2 problems--they didn't credit me points for my expenses and they charged me twice (points) for the same night. I ultimately had to get William's help in sorting the latter out and the former was done by sending in my receipts. So, keep a paper trail and, if all else fails, contact William.
