I am sorry to hear about the bad experience you had at the Delhi Sheraton. I had just the oppsite experience at this hotel where I stayed on two ocassions over the past month. My platinum status was recognized and I received ample assistance with some special needs I had for my luggage shipping and storage. I felt so good that I bought a gift for the lady who helped me..I also questioned an internet access fee and it was taken off my bill without a question.
I would suggest that you write to the front office manager who's name is Dudley Screymore. I don't have his personal email address but you should be able to send an email at
