Bad Experience- Delhi Maurya Sheraton
Came out of a really bad experience from the New Delhi Maurya Sheraton last month.
I have been double charged for one of the rooms I stayed in. The hotel charged me 4000 points as well as approx $90.00 on my Starwood AMEX card.
I am struggling to get a refund either on my starwood account or my AMEX
The hotel customer service was pathetic. The front desk guys were rude and non-cooperative.
I would never ever stay at that hotel in my life and would never recommend it to any of my friends.
Hope they do something about it.
