On Sunday when they started boarding the plane hadn't been catered yet and we did have great service once we were in the air. Going on Friday, we were on time (FAs chatting in the galley during boarding) and the service was awful in the air and it iritated me since I paid for the upgrade. No snack basket service and aside from the meal service the flight attendant was inattentive. I sent an email to Delta monday morning and got the standard auto reply they immediately sent out and haven't gotten a response yet. I usually don't expect compensation, but seeing I paid for the upgrade I am not going to complain if I get miles or an ECV.
