We are also planning to take a water taxi - from VCE to the Europa &Regina in the midafternoon. Does anyone know the approximate current rates for three persons (with three good size bags plus carryons)? Should we book in advance or is it easy to just grab one at the airport? The E&R offers an "assisted" transfer (with an escort and luggage porter at the airport, but we would ride taxi unescorted) and I am trying to see how much more this service is than the regular fare - we are traveling with my elderly MIL and would like to make the trip as easy on her as possible.
