2 recent examples....
last dec w/ the east coast storm, our flight was canceled bdl-dfw, we had already been dropped off early to avoid the heavy snow & ride was gone....anyway, while getting resked [for 3 days later], we asked to be put up and it was okayed....we were given a cab voucher & were told that it covered the tip....daughter came & got us the next am, so more time w/family...
2nd was at sfo in jan & we missed a van to the port w/others due to a missing bag....put in the paper, was told it was on next flight, cruise greeter put us in a cab and said they covered the tip...bag arr before sailing...
