Just a note - look at the config of the airline seats before booking - something like the herringbone config which gives you essentailly a 'pod' to yourself (like Air Canada) would not be great (IMO) for a baby (if they even allow it, not sure if they do) because as a parent you could not reach the child from your seat. Just something to bear in mind.
