I don't know if it's a bias against the poster so much as a bias against the over-dramatic use of language. Everyone's always crying, the airline/vacation people are completely inhuman, there's no way any of it was the OP's fault, and their entire vacation/honeymoon/LIFE was RUINED by X company.

And yes, it does seem to be a lot of one-time posters who then disappear when their claims are called into question.

Not arguing that there aren't cases where the airline messes up, but generally speaking you get a pretty one-sided view of such situations in those types of threads.
