I flew DCA-JFK on a Mesaba CR9 last weekend. The flight was delayed a couple hours inbound and they were hurrying to get us out. We in First received bottled water which was passed out during boarding. Because of the delay, and the fact that we got drinks and snacks in the air, I was ok with this.
