I stayed here in February and found the property to be excellent. The rate was about $70 USD for a Saturday night and upon checkin I was given a room on the top floor that was larger than a regular room, but not considered a suite. The room/bathroom was modern and well maintained. The club lounge was on par with what I'd expect for a Hyatt property in Asia with numerous food and liquor offerings. The hotel was empty when I was there though. I had seen something about it being empty over winter and over the course of my stay, I never saw more than one other guest in the elevator or lobby.

For transportation, cabs are cheap and plentiful. I recall it being about $12 from the airport to hotel, and the hotel is similar distance from the train station.
