Looks like many are eager to blame the french pilot. But what about ATC?
I know that taxing aircrafts has responsibility of maintaining clearance, but were the A380 informed by the ATC of the CRJ not clearing the taxiway?

There`s also raised questions that some airfields at JFK are to small to handle the A380.
