I agree, but it's not even clear we have anything here other than an accused rapist. Bond was set at only $10,000, that seems rather low for a forcible rape charge considering the defendant was from outside the state. Could something else be going on here? Don't know, but one thing I do have confidence in is the ability of the criminal justice system to get to the bottom of it.
