I would not normally pay that for a breakfast buffet. However at the Moana about 7 years back, we did the Sunday Brunch. It ran around the same amount, I think $45.
It was well worth it. We sat on the veranda overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The offerings were amazing, everything from baby lamb chops to caviar. I would do it again in a heartbeat, but not for a regular breakfast buffet.
