Sounds like you are flying SEA-YVR-HKG-XXX.

Check in with Alaska at SEA.

You should be able to check your baggage straight through to final destination when you start at SEA.

As AS and CX are partners there's a good chance you will get all your BPs at SEA, but if not you should be able to collect both your CX passes at YVR.
