OT: Dial 7 Cars NYC tip advice
Off to JFK from LHR in new F tomorrow (1st ever trip report alert). I've booked a sedan to take me to my hotel with Dial 7 cars for 41$ one way. What sort of tip should i expect to give the driver (if he gives good service)?
