Well, I've only once had a problem with a DUB-LHR flight - it was cancelled - but I was at the airport so early they put me on the next flight - which was even earlier than my scheduled flight.

I may be biased, of course, but I think EI is a great little airline. I just wish we knew (it's been going on for 18 months or more now) whether they're going to join one of the alliances or sell themselves to another airline (this could jeopardise their KL codeshares if they go with *A or OW or get bought by another airline).
