Knowing how HH IT (doesn't) work, I'm not the least bit surprised. I too earned several and decided to keep track myself. First I put a copy of the cert in a special Outlook file and removed them as used. Then I also noted the certs in my hotel spreadsheet to confirm which were still available and where used.

They do list the certs earned on the web site, but it would be nice to be able to tell which have been used and where. When I want a laugh, I'll ask which one is oldest unused. Seems they have to go through a lot of keystrokes to figure it out. That's the best way to get IT to change something, have their people complain something is not working.
