Comair flight from CVG to ORD today... no PDB.

No apparent reason for not serving the PDB, no delays, no late catering, plane fully boarded 15 minutes before departure... it was like the PDB concept was just not on the FA's radar screens.

Update:

Make it 2 for 4 on the last trip.

Second miss was on mainline flight, with no apparent reasons for why the PDB could not be provided... other than lack of attention to policies.
