Has anyone tried to take advantage of the Net a Porter EIP benefit (on the website under shopping)? I've been trying for days now, and although you need to speak with a Concierge to do it, none of them seem to know anything about it. Why would AMEX advertise benefits for its members, on the website and not explain them to the Concierge - makes no sense to me.
Well, my wife has been having a hard time deciding which item to buy, just to utilize the coupon.

Did you ask them for it? We did not ask them but my wife's Ti card came in the mail last week. They also asked her to destroy her existing plastic card.
