I have mixed opinions of PC. Sometimes its great, most times its mediocre at best......

I book midsize per company policy and generally get upgraded to a full sized land yacht. I would prefer a mini SUV, but it is a one class u/g so they are fulfilling their end of the contract.

I have a tendancy to get lower milage cars.. 100-2500 miles, but I do end up with a 40,000 on occasion....

Then I have this week at LAX where they gave me a 1 car u/g, but gave me only the vslet key, no keyless..... Why even think of doing something like this to a high tier member.

I am not pleased or upset with PC... If another, better offer came, I would not hesitate the opportunity to move....
