Never would I pay that much for breakfast anywhere, especially in Asia. In Seoul you can go outside to a normal Korean restaurant and get a 'breakfast' Koreans usually eat much the same food for breakfast, as they do for lunch/dinner so finding a meal for <5000 would not be a challenge at all.

I think the only time I ate at a hotel for breakfast was is when its free.
