When they truly are failures on the airline's part, I actually don't find them that enjoyable. I try to avoid schadenfreude.

But when they're "I showed up 3 minutes before my flight and they wouldn't let me on and that forced me to rent a car rather than take the next flight and then I was mad and ruined my entire vacation and I'm going to call my congressman and testify about flyer's rights and sue them for a million dollars unless their CEO comes to my house and apologizes directly to me" - then yes, I kind of enjoy them.

I find more of the latter than the former. Usually from first-time posters.
