In this case, are you seriously trying to say that the person who is responsible for matching the BP and ID should be excused for failing to fulfill their entire job function? Because if not, and especially if it's process instead of security, we can take a nice chunk out of the deficit by getting rid of the podiums. And please don't tell me the one time their attention strayed happened to be the time someone slipped something past them... my friend Statistics and I would beg to differ.
