We just make arrangements as to where to meet, either by phone or PM. I have usually arranged to meet just outside the T5 GF lounge with the usual "wearing pink carnation", "carrying rolled up copy of The Times", or six foot, white hair and glasses - with a prominent FT label on my bag!!

sometimes when well established in the lounge, I have come out when the person has rung my mobile. Just discuss in a PM - whatever suits.

they dont have a list at the door, the entitled member has to be there to get you in.
