I'm waiting for one of our regular (real or alleged) TSOs to post that either 1) if we knew what they knew and saw the SSI videos they see, we would realize that terrorists use little kids all the time and we should be doing more, not less, of the 'all ages' frisking or 2) this isn't the way it goes down at his airport (when he is watching/at the checkpoint).

Clearly what the TSO was doing was SOP because 1) she didn't seem to have any problem whatsoever with being taped and 2) her actions must have been visible to other TSOs (probably too much to hope that an LTSO or STSO would actually be at a checkpoint watching what is going one). Since no other TSOs intervened to stop the frisking, it is not only SOP but acceptable and apparently not unusual at that checkpoint.
