Well, I'm pretty upset right now.

First, the two people I talked to said that this was for new members only. With that, I referred them to the Starwood webpage that mentions that if you are already a Starwood guest to call and have the AAA upgrade added to your account.

I also mentioned that a gold member (see above) had this put on her account. No dice!
