Precision Air are very good - personal experience last year flying NBO-JRO (Kilimanjaro International) & vv. Both ways were (from memory) on the ATR72, first time for me boarding from the rear of the aircraft, with no forward passenger door. Crew are polite and friendly and managed a snackbox & drink meal service both ways.

Would recommend them.
