Oh, and so they won't see your face, you can wear a bag over your head. You exit, put your clothing back on, again, perfectly in private, and exit.
On the way out, a friendly TSA agent will say something like "have a nice day."
Now, other than the physical disrobing and the bag on the head, this exactly how the Junkatron works, although you have an excellent chance of being groped even after you go through the Chertoffomizer.
What do you think will happen if/when a bomb gets through (does not have to detonate) even though the visual stripper is being used? That is an interesting question. Will TSA
1) Do nothing different?
2) Quit using the visual stripper as it is ineffective?
3) Implement far more invasive procedures?
The answer based on past TSA behavior will undoubtedly be #3. So, Mr. Peril's post, while making a point about the visual strippers being used, is probably not all that far from actual reality...these things and worse are just one unexploded butt bomb away...
An agency (TSA) that publicly stated in court that they have congressional authority to do anything will stop at nothing.
