With that said, I think part of the description for 7A/B/C got copied up from the description for row 20. There's no reason for row 7 to have limited recline. I haven't ever sat on that row, however, so I would wait for a comment from someone who has.
Row 7 (but A,B,C only) is great - unlimited legroom. 7A is a limited slightly because of the chute packed into the exit door, but it just means positioning your legs slightly diagonally.
