The Belgian Rail station at BRU is well signposted and directly connected to the airport (you stay inside). I don't remember having any trouble whatsoever finding it. When you get to the station itself it will likely be sort of a zoo, but lines generally move quickly.
They will sell you a through ticket to Bruges right there, and will advise about the best connections given your time of departure - no need to pre-book this route, just buy the ticket on hop on the train.
