In general this is not available, however others have suggested developing a set of flash card with comment questions and maybe answers in the travellers language on one side and in English on the other.

Other option is to call the airport directly and ask about their services. Once the passenger is off the plane, it is the airport, not the airline, that provides the services.

And a final idea is a traveling companion, if the passenger is a high-risk passenger, you should seriously consider funding a traveling companion.
