My wife and I just stayed here for 1 night a couple of weeks ago using a Q3FN. I was very pleased. Upon arrival they upgraded us to a very large suite with 2 balconies. The room and furnishings themselves needed some updating, but it was still nice to have all of that space. The check-in was seamless, and the workers were all very friendly. The property was very clean, well groomed, and put you in a state of relaxtion. The only downside was the dinner that we had at Frank and Alberts. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant wasn't even busy. I ordered a hamburger and my wife had a bowl of soup, and it took 75 minutes from the time we ordered until we received our food. I would definitely go back to the Biltmore again, but would probably try dinner someplace else.
