Question Help plan my 1-day itinerary for San Francisco -- 12th-14th April

Hello all! I will be visiting San Francisco for about 2 days from tomorrow onwards, but due to work obligations I expect to have only about 1 day available for sightseeing, and that's Wed 13th April. I might also have 3-7 pm free on Tue 12th April. I expect to need to leave downtown San Francisco by 10 am (latest) on Thu 14th April. I know it's not enough, but with your help I can make the most of it!

I'd like to see (in rough order of preference):
1) Alcatraz
2) Golden Gate Bridge (obligatory photo will do)
3) Powell-Hyde line cable car ride to Fisherman's Wharf
4) have clam chowder at the Boudin Bakery (throw in the on-site museum)
5) Fisherman's Wharf (tacky, I know) --> I want to get a T-shirt at the Hard Rock Cafe for my collection

If there's still extra time, I'd like to see the Antique Vibrator Museum (for the laughs!) and the Ferry Building.

How should I organise my day? I will have to rely on public transport. I can walk quite a bit, don't mind long days, and can read maps well.

P.S. Any FTer in San Francisco like to meet up for a cuppa/meal/sightseeing on Wed?
