CO passenger needing airport assistance (non-english speaker)

Okay. In a bit of a pickle... I'm about to book an online award ticket for my aunt, who is flying SAP-IAH-LIT (all on CO), and she is 62 years old, speaks zero english, and has a bad heart, low platelets (she is not coming to US for medical services), but wants to visit us nonetheless even given her weak condition.

Because she has a weak condition, and because immigration stuff makes her extremely anxious (which is not good for her condition), and because she will be traveling solo, and because she speaks no english, I want to make this as painless a process for her as possible. I've never booked a ticket for someone in this scenario before, and don't know if there are options i am not aware of. Any suggestions?

Is there an airport service, or do i request something specifically through the airline? Should i just call CO customer service and request a wheelchair service for her after i book the award ticket, and will that person assisting her take her all the way through immigration and through the other side to get her to her next gate after clearing immigration/customs? Is it possible to request a bilingual person to assist her (that would be a huge plus)? Is there another option (a special service) besides wheelchair service? Is there a special fee I pay the airline for this service? If so can i pay it in advance, on my credit card, because i don't think she even has a credit card. She is not a US citizen, and will be traveling on a visa, if that matters in any way.

Thank you.
