There are no longer any 752s in the CO fleet that aren't flat bed equipped, so the non-flat bed layout is no longer valid.

With that said, I think part of the description for 7A/B/C got copied up from the description for row 20. There's no reason for row 7 to have limited recline. I haven't ever sat on that row, however, so I would wait for a comment from someone who has.
