As per Seatguru there is a difference with seats in row 7 and 21 between the two versions. Supposedly in the flat bed version the seats on the above mentioned rows have extra legroom but limited recline. The regular 200 does not indicate the recline problem. Can someone confirm this? And if correct, why would that be?
