I had the same issue last week, also for a DL-issued KLM ticket. I was able to view the itin though by selecting "View All of Your Trips and Itineraries" and putting in the confirmation code. Getting it to show up in my trips was tricky: the travel agency put the dreaded "MR" on my name and my SkyMiles-# was not matching the name as result.
