Anyone else having a problem adding an itinerary to Delta.com My Trips.

I booked a ticket last week through an agency, and received my e-ticket number but keep getting the "you've hit turbulence" error message. It's a KLM codeshare flight and shows up on the KLM website. I've tried my credit card number and the confirmation code as well, though I expected the confirmation code wouldn't work since it was a KLM code. the ticket was issued by Delta though.

I e-mail Delta and they said they show a record of the flight and it's attached to my Skymiles account, I just can't get it to show up online. Of course, they didn't answer my question as to why I couldn't get it to show up.
