That really irks me at LCY: turned up late for your flight and might miss it? Don't worry, we will whisk you to the front of the queue, thus saving you 40 minutes of your life that your fellow travellers will never see again.
Unless it's exceptional circumstances, these people should be forced to wait like the rest of us.
