I can't read the list but my biggest PP is the inconsistency with the SPG signs at check-in. Either they have one but no one is manning it (that's a BIG problem, IMO) or they don't have one or have hidden it. A hotel that actually has a separate desk for Plats gets big points from me.

Other PP- ice! If I'm at a Sheraton or Westin, there is usually no problem unless they aren't working, but at the more luxurious hotels, you must call for it and I always worry that if I don't tip enough (and I never know what a tip for bringing me ice that should be there anyway should be) I'll be "punished" the next time I call. It's like the old story where the woman bites into her steak, calls the waiter and says "Tell the chef I said he should take this back and p*** on this." Her friend asks her why she said this and she says, "I know if I send the food back they're going to call me a ***** and p*** on it anyway so I just want him to know that I know what he's up to!"

I find the "ice" problem happens more often in Europe. I have severe heartburn and acid reflux and I need ice to cool things down, most often late at night. I can go through 3 or 4 buckets a day if there's no fridge. But I hate having to call for it so many times a day. At the moment I am at a Starwood and they have ice machines on each floor but the one on this floor isn't working and then another floor went out. So I'm calling for it but have no idea why I should pay for this when it's not MY fault the ice machines broke! And it's been days so why not get them fixed? Anyway, I guess this could be at any hotel, but it's just my experience at Starwoods of late.

PS- for the most part, I love Starwood. I've been a Plat for years and will continue to be. I just thought I'd add my pet peeves which are small compared to say, Hilton or Priority Club.
