Diamond Desk E-Mail Needed
I need to contact the Diamond Desk to get some points redeposited from a reservation I cancelled last night, so that I can re-book at the Hilton Milan. I have already spoken with Hilton Customer Service in the UK and they said they cannot book the room for me because the points are not back in the account due to system problems. They were to have called back within a few minutes but never did.
I am currently in London and will be out and about (no cell phone), so need to communicate via email with the Diamond Desk.
