On Saturday, I was scheduled to fly MCI-ORD. Got to MCI around 10am (10:40am departure), and found out that my flight was delayed due to MX (OO CRJ). About fifteen minutes after boarding was supposed to begin, the GA announced that the flight was canceled due to a mechanical issue with the aircraft, and for all pax to go back to the ticket counters. Knowing how bad the lines would be, I pulled out my phone and called the 1K Desk. After talking about various routings (MCI-DEN-MSP-ORD, MCI-DEN-IAD-ORD, etc), the 1K agent booked me on a DL flight from MCI-MSP, and then UA mainline from MSP-ORD..

Can I claim ORC, and get the 500EQMs for MCI-ORD? I've got the e-ticket receipt that the GA printed, and it says:
