There are lots of other hotel chains available. I don't understand why if people are so unhappy and focusing on such small things you would continue to spend your $ (or your employer's) $ somewhere where you are unhappy.
Can't you love/like something and still have things you don't like? I can't speak for the others, but i've posted here because not only is it a chance to vent so to speak, its well documented that Starwood/SPG reviews this forum for improvements and I view it as part of my duty to provide detailed feedback if I want something to improve. SPG can't read our minds @:-)
Also, it's reassuring to see fellow FT'ers have some of the same beefs/suggestions that I do.
I think this has been a very valuable thread not just for Starwood, but all of us.
