I did not know that, but it was one of the first Alofts to open (to my understanding) and one of the few that actually have a suite (the only?) and it was also during the first year open, so maybe that rule wasn't setup yet?

If they did go above and beyond, I'll consider it karma. The sales manager there is absolutely impossible to reach. She contracted the company I used to work for for an event they were having and it took 3 months just to get ahold of her and required my calling corporate.

@Idsant, because it's fun to complain. Why did you take the time to read our complaints?
