You should try to contact American Express Services Europe Ltd about applying for an IDC (International Dollar Card) Platinum charge card, or getting an invitation for the IDC Centurion.

Bahrain and the Middle East have their own Centurion card and program since 2008
Saudi Arabia also has its own Centurion card and program since 2008.
(And while in the Middle East, it's probably not relevant or available to OP: but Israel has its own Centurion card and program since 2006 and Platinum for decades.)
Someone more familiar with the details and benefits of the Bahrain/UAE Cent could enlighted OP, but the cards do exist.
