There have been some recent complaints about wait times on the CO elite line, when it turned out the elite line wasn't the number being called. That is unusual not to get an acknowledgement of your contact, but I would imagine the 'wait times' might be a little longer with the huge influx of UA flyers COmplaining that they're not being pampered quite the same.
Just thru the regular link on the website - under "Contact Us" then "Customer Relations - Customer Care".. Annoying that they don't have an "Elite Line" for email... My question involved recent experience with the cabin filling up with smoke and an emergency landing - you'd think they might show the slightest concern....
