Obviously, it shouldn't really matter, but just out of curiosity how did you contact them. There have been some recent complaints about wait times on the CO elite line, when it turned out the elite line wasn't the number being called. That is unusual not to get an acknowledgement of your contact, but I would imagine the 'wait times' might be a little longer with the huge influx of UA flyers COmplaining that they're not being pampered quite the same.
