Mr Fish and I (both Plats) both sent our first complaints for separate incidents last week (almost two weeks ago) to CO thru the website. We have heard NOTHING from them, not even a "Thanks you for contacting Continental Airlines" generic reply, and no auto reply either... Did we send them thru the wrong channel?
